What is it like starting your own business at 24?
At 24, launching my online boutique, Coffee & Fashion Co, was far from easy. Without a business degree or financial safety net, I relied on my passion for fashion and a steep learning curve of trial and error. The road was filled with long hours, financial struggles, and moments of doubt. Yet, the rewards—every like, share, and purchase—made it all worth it.
Inspired by Cody Johnson’s words, “If you got a dream, chase it 'case a dream won't chase you back,” I pushed past fears of judgment and failure. Each small victory, from starting an online shop to securing a booth at The Chic Society & Co. in Long Beach, MS, has been a testament to my growth and resilience.
At 26, the challenges continue, but the journey has been incredibly rewarding. The support and connections I've made affirm that despite the hardships, pursuing your dreams with determination and faith is truly worthwhile.
